Elliott Partners, Ltd. purchased a 44,504 square-foot industrial warehouse building located at 3130 S. Dodge Blvd. in Tucson.  The property was purchased from DRD Group, LLC for $2,800,000.  Brandon Rodgers, SIOR, CCIM, and Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Principals and Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.  Dave Blanchette, CCIM, with NAI Horizon, represented the buyer.

 

 Damco Arizona Properties, LLC purchased two apartment complexes consisting of 22,860 square feet of multifamily space.   Los Altos Apartments, a 28-unit complex located at 501 E. Glenn St., and Fontana Apartments, a 9-unit complex located at 3139 N. Fontana Ave.  in Tucson, were purchased from KMS Enterprises, LLC for $1,970,000.   Allan Mendelsberg, Principal and Multifamily Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction.

 

 Gould Family Properties, VIII, LLC purchased a 9,012 square-foot multifamily property located at 5416 E. Lee St. in Tucson.  Central Apartments, a 12-unit apartment complex, was purchased from Allegro Properties, LLC for $750,000.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal and Multifamily Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer in this transaction.

 

 AZDA, LLC purchased a 7,654 square-foot multifamily property located at 2921 N. Geronimo Ave. in Tucson.  Geronimo Apartments, an 11-unit apartment complex, was purchased from John R. Hughes, Linda T. Hughes, Randolph D. Oden, and Karen L. Oden for $612,000.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal and Multifamily Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction.

 

 Robert J. Marshall Trust Number 1 purchased a 6,042 square-foot multifamily property located at 427-441 E. Delano St. in Tucson.   Delano Casitas, a 9-unit apartment complex, was purchased from Property Twins, LLC for $555,000.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal and Multifamily Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer in this transaction.  Marc Luety, II with Keller Williams Southern Arizona, represented the seller.

 

 Long Far Investments, LLC purchased an 8,725 square-foot industrial building, located at 1100 W. Glenn St. in Tucson, from Tire Centers West, LLC for $535,000.  Paul Hooker, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, and Bill Honsaker, with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, handled this transaction.

 

 Long Far Investments, LLC purchased a 5,000 square-foot industrial building, located at 1881 E. 18th St. in Tucson, from Campbell 18, LLC for $400,000.  Paul Hooker, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

 

LEASE

Electronic Design & Development Corp. leased 8,194 square feet of office space, located at 7636 N. Oracle Rd. in Oro Valley, from E & F Holding, LLC.  Thomas J. Nieman, Principal and Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. Thomas Hunt with Tango Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant.

 

 Williams Sound, LLC leased 2,851 square feet of office space at 5151 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 1500 in Tucson, from Scott Seldin-Broadway Blvd., LLC.  Office Specialists and Principals, Thomas J. Nieman and Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.  David Blanchette with NAI Horizon, represented the tenant.

 

 Little Caesars Enterprises, Inc. leased 2,600 square feet of retail space, located in the Kino Gateway Shopping Center in Tucson, from Kino Gateway Center, LLC.   Little Caesars will join anchors Fry’s Food & Drug, Dollar Tree and Ace Hardware on the northeast corner of E. Irvington Rd. and S. Campbell Ave.  Little Caesars retail space with drive-thru window is located at 2175 E.
