Nido 1, LLC purchased Nido de Sahuaro Apartments, a 20-unit apartment complex located at 240 W. Sahuaro St. in Tucson.   The 8,640 square-foot multifamily property was purchased from All N Investments, LLC for $1,080,000. Allan Mendelsberg, Principal and Multifamily Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction.

 

RJW InvestmentsIII, LLC purchased 5.71 acres of vacant land from Precision Shooting Equipment, Inc.  The industrial land parcel, located on Glenn St., West of Fairview Ave. in Tucson, was purchased for $497,455.  Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, and Paul Hooker, Principals and Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction. Tim Healy with CBRE, Tucson, represented the buyer.

 

ABCO Solar, Inc. purchased 4,768 square feet of office space located at 2505 N. Alvernon Way in Tucson.  The single-tenant, free-standing building was purchased from the Niesen Family for $323,000.  Molly Gilbert, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.

 

Community Resource Center, Inc. purchased a 1,326 square-foot industrial property located at 1326 W. Pastime Rd. in Tucson.   The stand-alone, single-tenant building was purchased from Steven and Patricia Inouye for $120,000.  Paul Hooker, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.

 

LEASE

 

Southwest Ambulance of Tucson, Inc. leased 21,000 square feet of industrial space at 3759 N. Commerce Dr., and 2443 and 2743 W. Majestic Way in Tucson, from West Partners Too, LLC.  Paul Hooker, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, and Michael Sharapata and John Ruskin with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., represented the tenant in this transaction.

 

BHP Copper leased 8,025 square feet of industrial space at 4429 N. Highway Dr. in Tucson from Wheeler Family Revocable Trust.  Paul Hooker, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant in this transaction.  Dean Cotlow with Cotlow Company, represented the landlord.

 

Van Marcke Trade Supply, Inc. renewed their lease with Grant Clover Commons, LLC for a total of 4,800 square feet of industrial space located in Grant Interstate Commons, 1121 W. Grant Rd., Suites 401-404 in Tucson.  Stephen D. Cohen, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

 

Pursuit Fitness leased 3,527 square feet of retail space from Orange Grove Center, LLC.  Pursuit Fitness & Performance, located in The Shoppes at Orange Grove, 3805 W.
