Nido 2, LLC purchased University Casitas, a 5,759-square-foot investment property at 1409-1429 E. Drachman St., in Tucson. The 7-unit apartment property was purchased from Drachman 17 LLC for $1,774,000. Buzz Oates, a large, privately-held, Sacramento based industrial development company, purchased 3 contiguous land properties for a combined total of 95.8 acres in Rita Ranch in Tucson. 28.06 acres were purchased from SBS VENTURES LLC & MBB VENTURES LLC and 39.74 acres were purchased from THOMAS R. BROWN FAMILY PRIVATE FOUNDATION, both sellers represented by Terry Klipp with Terramar Properties, Inc. 28 acres were purchased from RR 28 LLC, represented by Alan Moore with Chapman Lindsey Commercial Real Estate Services.
