Villas Las Mandarinas DE, LLC purchased 126,930-square-foot of multi-family facility located at 2020 S. Columbus Blvd. and 4250 E. 29th St. in Tucson. Cordova Village, a 324-unit investment property, was purchased from Equilibrium Cordova Village LLC for $34,000,000. Allan Mendelsberg, Principal, and Conrad Joey Martinez, Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction.   

 

Gambel’s Oak, LLC purchased a 4,210-square-foot, multi-tenant office property, located at 2810 N. Swan Rd. in Tucson, from Swan & Glenn, LLC for $915,000. Richard M. Thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services NA, Inc. leased 115,000 square feet of industrial space from Greenbean Investments LLC, located at 6760 S. Lisa Frank Ave. in Tucson. Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, and Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principals and Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in the transaction. Paul Sieczkowski, with Colliers International AZ, represented the tenant.  

 

And Go Concepts, LLC leased 39,126 square feet of retail space at Riverside Crossing Retail Center, 2080 W. River Rd., Pad 6 in Tucson, from LCC LA CHOLLA/RIVER, LLC. Dave Hammack, Principal, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction. 

 

WHITE CAP, L.P. renewed their lease with Sahuaro Blossom Properties, LLC for 16,966 square feet of industrial space at 3875 N. Commerce Dr., in Tucson. White Cap is a one-stop-shop providing concrete accessories and chemicals, tools and equipment, building materials and fasteners, erosion and waterproofing and safety products to professional contractors.
