Pratik Investments, LLC purchased an 8,500-square-foot medical office building, located at 1601 N. Swan Rd. in Tucson, from HCSA Properties, LLC for $1,425,000.  Richard M. Kramkowski, LLC purchased 10,000 square feet of retail space located at 618, 620 & 628 N. 4th Ave. in Tucson for $900,000.   The 4th Avenue retail center was purchased from Ten Fifteen Two and Four Partnership.  Greg Furrier, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.  Kramkowski, LLC has occupied a portion of the building for the past decade.

 

Stace Industries, LLC purchased a 5,194-square-foot office building located at 5343 E. Pima St. in Tucson, from La Bajada Land Company, LLC for $440,350. Arizona Optimal Gains Investments, LLC purchased 7,078 square feet of industrial space located at 632 W. Cortaro Farms 15, LLC purchased 7.80 acres of vacant land from Tucson Church International.  The northwest Tucson property, located on W.
