Becton, Dickinson and Company purchased 32.65 acres of industrial land located in Century Park Marketplace.  Block 1, situated at the northeast corner of Valencia Rd. and Kolb Rd. in Tucson, was purchased from Valencia Kolb Properties, LLC for $4,124,731. Stephen D. Cohen, Principal, and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction. Dodge Investors, LLC purchased a 27,495-square-foot, multi-tenant building located at 3215-3275 S. Dodge Blvd. in Tucson.  The industrial property was purchased from El Gato Investment Two, LLC for $1,340,000.  Principal, Stephen D. Cohen and Max Fisher with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction. Brandon Rodgers with BRD Realty, LLC, represented the buyer. 

 

Equilibrium Villas, LLC purchased 11,200 square feet of multifamily space located at 510 W. Sahuaro St. in Tucson.  Sahuaro Apartments, a 23-unit property complex, was purchased from Sahuaro Apartment Associates, LLC for $1,265,000.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal, and Conrad Martinez, Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction. 

 

Sun Growth 1, LLC purchased 35.87 acres of industrial land, Sunbelt Lot 3, Parcel A in Tucson, from Sunbelt IC #3, LLC for $984,250.  Stephen D. RNC Arizona, LLC purchased 8,422 square feet of multifamily space located at 2514 N. Geronimo Ave. in Tucson.  Geronimo Apartments, a 19-unit property complex, was purchased from Sarando-Swan, LP for $940,000.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal, and Conrad Martinez, Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction. 

 

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen purchased a 25,000-square-foot retail property located at 6565 E. Grant Rd. in Tucson.  The redevelopment parcel was purchased from SCM 10X Tucson 6565, LLC for $900,000. Glenn Villas Apartments, a 6-unit property complex, was purchased from Santilli Development, LLC for $730,000. Project Alpha, LLC purchased 4,457 square feet of multifamily space located at 329-331 W. SCOTIA JV 2005, LLP purchased 3.12 acres of medium density residential land located at 8877 N.
