The 3-unit apartment property was purchased from from WP 816 LLC for $640,000. 1735 E. 8th LLC purchased 8th Street Apartments, a 3,120-square-foot investment property at 1735 E. 8th St., in Tucson. The 3-unit apartment property was purchased from WP 1735 LLC for $530,000. Sequoia Capital Realty, LLC purchased 2.12 acres of land at SEC of Highway 90 & Avenida del Sol in Sierra Vista, from the Bleecker Family Trust for $235,000.
