AutoZone Parts, Inc. purchased a 9,016 square-foot, single-tenant retail building, located at 1967 S. Main St. in Snowflake, AZ., from Belly Button, LLC for $510,000.  Dave Hammack and Rob Tomlinson, Principals and Retail Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction. Philip Bramsen with San Tan Commercial Advisors, LLC, Chandler, AZ., represented the buyer.

 

The Eliason Family Living Trust purchased two industrial buildings located at 175 W. Plata St. and 1820 N. 10 Ave. in Tucson.  The office/warehouse property, totaling 5,242 square feet, was purchased from A & K Team, LLC for $510,000.  Stephen D. Cohen, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer in this transaction. Timothy Bathen with Arizona Acquisition Strategies, represented the seller.

 

TMC Holdings Inc. purchased a 3,963 square-foot bank building, located at 5310 E. Grant Rd. in Tucson, from the University of Arizona Foundation for $400,000.  In a related transaction, the single-tenant property was then leased by Wells Fargo Bank from TMC Holdings Inc.  Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principal and Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer/landlord in these two transactions.  Nancy McClure with CBRE, represented the tenant.

 

Plaza De Luna, LLC purchased 2.50 acres of industrial land from Tucson Electric Power Company.  The vacant land, located at the southwest corner of La Cholla Blvd. and the Rillito Wash in Tucson, was purchased for $75,000.  Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled this transaction.  Brandon Rodgers, SIOR, CCIM, Principal and Industrial Specialist, represented the seller; Thomas J. Horizon Moving & Logistics, LLC sublet 28,356 square feet of industrial space from Synergy Installation Solutions, LLC.  The property site is located in Country Club Commerce Center, 6000 S. Country Club Rd. (Bldg. 3, Suites 124 and 132) in Tucson.  Robert C. Hydrogeophysics, Inc. leased 5,724 square feet of industrial space located at 3450 S. Broadmont Dr., Suite 100 in Tucson, from Tin Cup Properties, LLC.  Ron Zimmerman, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. BHP Copper, Inc. renewed their lease with W.V.L.C., LLC  for 5,390 square feet of office space located in the Ridge View Plaza, 180 W. Magee Rd., Suites 134B and 152 in Oro Valley.  Thomas J. Axis Portable Air, LLC leased 3,300 square feet of industrial space from Ruthrauff Partners, LLC in the Ruthrauff Commerce Center, 2450 W. Freytag Orthodontics, an affiliate of Kansas City-based Fry Orthodontics, leased 2,000 square feet of new retail space at El Corredor Shopping Center, 9740 N. Oracle Rd., Suite 100 in Oro Valley, from Boulder Oro Valley, LLC.  This will be Fry’s 13th location in their system and their 1st opening in Tucson.
