The 52-unit apartment property was purchased from Lind Commons LLC for $3,850,000. Gould Family Properties VIII, LLC purchased Craycroft Commons, a 20,500-square-foot investment property 1511 N. Craycroft Rd. in Tucson. The 40-unit apartment property was purchased from Craycroft Commons LLC & Casa Bahari LLC for $3,800,000.
