RB West Investments, LLC purchased Dodge & Fairmont Four-Plexes, a 4,280-square-foot investment property at 1412-1418 N. Dodge Blvd. & 3701-3707 E. Fairmount St., in Tucson. The 8-unit apartment property was purchased from Dodge Fairmount, LLC for $1,025,000. Allan Mendelsberg, Principal, and C. Heather Stevens & Christopher Stevens purchased The Mansion Student Housing, a 3,584-square-foot investment property at 2136 N. Euclid Ave., in Tucson. The 7-Bedroom property was purchased from ZDC Properties, LLC for $1,020,000. Allan Mendelsberg, Principal, and C. Miguel Noriega purchased 1.8 acres of land at 5700 S. Nogales Hwy, in Tucson, from Ronald R Saccani Survivors Trust and Nancy C Saccani Bypass Trust for $425,000. Quality Restoration leased 7,248 square feet of industrial space at 3401 E. 44th St., in Tucson, from Camino Martin Industrial Plaza, LLC. Aaron LaPrise, Principal, and Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled the transaction. 

 

Congregation Beit Simcha leased 2,253 square feet of office space at 5501 N Oracle Rd., Suite 125 in Tucson, from P.L. & L.J. Toy Survivors Trust. Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principal, Office Specialist, and Alexis Corona with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant in this transaction.
