Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR welcomes Natalie Furrier to its Tucson commercial real estate brokerage team where she specializes in the sale and leasing of properties for retail commerce including food and entertainment. Furrier is a native Tucsonan who grew up at the intersection of the retail and real estate industries. Company CEO Barbi Reuter says, “Natalie brings a fresh and unique perspective to our deep bench of retail expertise, and her finance chops are a differentiator.”  At C&W | PICOR, Furrier provides site and location advisory services for all parties in commercial retail transactions. She represents the third generation of Jack Furrier Western tire stores, giving Furrier access to a retailer’s perspective. At C&W | PICOR, she works closely with her father, Greg Furrier, a company principal since 1996 and a long-time market leader in Tucson retail brokerage. Natalie commented, “I am energized about joining the preeminent commercial brokerage company in Tucson that will give me the platform to succeed. Furrier obtained a Finance degree from the University of Arizona Eller College where she graduated with honors. She is an avid community coach and volunteer who loves outdoor sports.
