Riverside Apts LLC purchased Riverside Suites, a 28,952-square-foot investment property at 1725 E. Limberlost Dr. in Tucson. The 33-unit unit apartment property was purchased from Campbell 33 LLC for $5,150,000. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez, Principals and Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction. 

 

TMC Holdings, Inc. purchased 1,144 square feet of office space at 5300 E Erickson Ste 118 in Tucson, from Rasa, LLC for $300,000. Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principal, and Alexis Corona Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer. David Montijo with CBRE, Tucson, represented the seller. 

 

South32 Hermosa Inc purchased 2.24 acres of land at Rita Ranch Commerce Center Lot 27, 9597 E. Old Vail Rd. in Tucson, from Rita Commerce Development Co for $293,336. Verizon Wireless leased 4,000 square feet of retail space at San Dorado, 10580 N Oracle Rd. in Tucson, from Enos Ranchos LLC. Firehouse Subs leased 1,650 square feet of retail space at Las Plazas at Old Vail, Lot 12, 10165 E. Old Vail Rd. in Tucson, from KJE Steampump LLC.
