Arizona Community Physicians purchased ±1.78 acres with an approximate 10,185 square foot building located at 5515 E. 5^th Street in Tucson, from Pima Alvernon Building LLC for $1,350,000.  Patrick Welchert, SIOR, Industrial Specialist with PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services, handled both of these transactions.
