114 Laguna, LLC, purchased Commons at 114 Apartments, a 21,930-square-foot, multifamily property located at 114 W. Laguna Street in Tucson.  The 39-unit apartment complex was purchased from B Ave Investments LLC & Gary B. Evans for $3,600,000.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal, and Conrad Joey Martinez, Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction. 

 

Michael Berezniak & Jose Jaramillo Jr. purchased 3.93 acres of industrial land at 3590 E. Ajo Way in Tucson, from BPHH, LLC for $470,775. Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Principal, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction. David Blanchette, CCIM with NAI Horizon, Tucson, represented the buyer. 

 

Clifford B. Halbert and Pamela E. Halbert Trust purchased 0.50 acres of industrial land from Fairview Grant, LLC.  The vacant land parcel, Lot 2 located in Fairview Business Park, 2545 N. Motion Industries, Inc., leased 23,476 square feet of industrial space from Daybreak Industrial QOB, LLC, located in Daybreak Distribution Center, 6360 S. Tucson Blvd., Suite 100 in Tucson.  Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR Industrial Specialists, Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, and Paul Hooker, SIOR, handled this transaction. 

  

Wyoming Dinosaur Discovery, LLC, leased a 4,414-square-foot industrial building from Western American Investments, LLC, located at 3825 E. 37th Street in Tucson. InTegriLogic Corporation renewed their lease with First Family Company LTD, for 3,281 square feet of industrial space at 1931 W. Grant Rd., Suite 310 in Tucson. Robert C.
