Ajo Way in Tucson, from Kanmo Partners, LLC for $325,000. Greg Furrier, Principal, and Rob Tomlinson, Principal, Retail Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction. Andrew Sternberg and Chris Itule with NAI Horizon, Tucson, represented the buyer.  

 

CULTURE, a New York City based Yogurt company (cultureny.com), purchased a 2,540-square-foot building located at 5450 E. 5th St. in Tucson for $285,000. This will be their first Arizona store. Aaron LaPrise, Principal, and Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled the transaction. CULTURE will open in Spring 2022 and have one small adjacent space for lease. 

 

Mister Car Wash purchased 1.08 acres of retail land located at the northwest corner of Cortaro Farms Rd. and Thornydale Rd. in Tucson.
