Express IM & Logistics, LLC purchased a 4.35-acre, vacant land parcel located at 1420 W. La Quinta Rd. in Nogales, AZ. The La Quinta Industrial Lots were purchased from Desert Coastal Investments, LLC for $1,020,000.
