Tucson Drexel Equities, LLC purchased 4.04 acres of vacant land, a portion of  Block 3 of Tucson Airport Commerce Center, located in Tres Pueblos Plaza, 5375 S. Tucson Blvd. in Tucson. The retail proposed parcel was purchased from TucDrex, LLC for $1,260,000. Aaron LaPrise and Dave Hammack, Principals; and Andy Seleznov, CCIM, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction. Carson John Klepinger, with Glenwood Real Estate Services, LLC, represented the buyer. 

  

Paleteria Y Neveria La Michoacana, LLC, purchased 1,836 square feet of office space at 302 W. Ajo Way in Tucson, from Richard & Rosemary Gomez for $375,000. Agents with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled this transaction. Molly Mary Gilbert represented the seller, and Cintya Denisse Angulo Garcia represented the buyer.

Anytime Fitness renewed their lease with Sunrise Village Investors, LLC for 3,002 square feet of retail space located in Sunrise Village Shopping Center, 4784 E. Sunrise Dr. in Tucson.
