The 36-unit apartment property was purchased from Monte Vista Commons LLC for $3,100,000. 774 E Seneca LLC purchased The Compound Student Housing, a 15,464-square-foot investment property at 774 E. Seneca St. in Tucson. The complex consisted of 7 Luxury Student Housing Rental Homes and was purchased from West Seattle 37 Investors, LLC for $2,925,000.
