Irvington Road Properties, LLC purchased 55,470 square feet of industrial space at 401 E. Irvington Rd. in Tucson, from Davidson/Rohrbacker Investments, LLC for $6,100,000. Destech will remain in the property on a long term leaseback. Stephen D.
