K&L Dirt Company, LLC purchased the newly constructed Dollar General located at 1705 S. 1st Ave. in Safford, from SimonCRE Budster II, LLC for $1,949,257. Dave Hammack, Principal, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer in this transaction.

Centene Management Company, LLC renewed their lease with Tucson West II, LLC for 26,004 square feet of office space at 333 E. Wetmore Rd., Suite 600 in Tucson. Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principal, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, and Padraic Mullen with Cushman & Wakefield, St. Louis, represented the tenant in this transaction. Mountain Mike’s Pizza leased 3,300 square feet of restaurant space at the new 6601 E. Grant Rd. Project from C2D2 Associates, LLC. Dave Hammack and Aaron LaPrise, Principals and Retail Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.  The 6601 redevelopment project broke ground October 2022 and will deliver 2023. This location will be Mountain Mike’s second unit in the Tucson market.
