Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR Welcomes Jesse Jones to Office Brokerage Team
TUCSON, Ariz. — Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR is pleased to announce the addition of Jesse Jones to our commercial real estate team, who will specialize in the office property sector. Jones joins the firm with more than nine years of experience in operations, project, and facilities leadership at Raytheon in Tucson, where he built a reputation for thoughtful problem-solving, accountability, and a sharp eye for detail.
Originally from Northeast Georgia, Jones was raised on a family farm. He attended the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs and a Master of Science in Housing, Financial Planning, and Consumer Economics while also competing as a Division I football player.
Jones also has experience on the ownership side of commercial real estate. He independently manages a multifamily rental property near the University of Arizona, giving him firsthand familiarity with the responsibilities that come with owning and operating an investment property. The transaction was represented by Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR’s multifamily team, Joey Martinez and Allan Mendelsberg, creating an early connection to the firm.
