Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR recently welcomed Jerry LoCoco, SIOR, CCIM to its brokerage team as an Industrial Specialist focused on leasing, sales, and land development across the U.S. and Mexico.
LoCoco brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, specializing in industrial and land brokerage across Southern Arizona and the border markets of El Paso, Nogales, and Yuma. Most recently, he served as Vice President at a regional commercial real estate firm, where he ranked among its Top 10 Producers in 2025. Throughout his career, LoCoco has held senior roles with other respected CRE firms, building deep market knowledge and strong client relationships.
Before entering brokerage, LoCoco owned and operated LoCoco Pilkington Construction Co. in Yuma, where he developed a range of industrial and commercial projects including municipal buildings, schools, office space, and aircraft hangars. His background in construction, development, and brokerage provides clients with a comprehensive perspective on site selection, design, and execution, allowing him to facilitate transactions that work for buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and developers alike.

LoCoco earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Housing and Urban Development, Cum Laude, from Arizona State University, and a Juris Doctor with a Tax Law Certificate from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children. In 2026, LoCoco published Gringo Salado, a personal memoir rooted in perseverance, healing, and purpose. He continues to serve his community through St. Giana’s Catholic Church, and has a passion for helping the next generations.
